The Reviews Your Buyers Read Before They Ever Talk to You
Most B2B companies have no idea what their reviews collectively say. Their prospects know exactly.
Before anyone fills out your demo form, they read your reviews. They open G2 for the grid, Capterra for the feature gripes, and Trustpilot for the horror stories. They cross-check. A strong score on one platform next to silence or anger on another reads as a company hiding something, and that prospect closes the tab without ever telling you why.
The problem
The Review Gap: What You Don't Know Is Costing You Deals
Your reviews live on platforms you don't control, in formats built for browsing rather than analysis. Reading them one notification at a time hides the shape of the whole. The gaps that hurt are structural: scores scattered across three platforms with no single picture, sentiment shifting quarter to quarter with nobody watching the trend, negative reviews sitting unanswered where every prospect can see them, a product rated 4.5 while billing policies earn 1.5 two tabs away, and no ranked list of what to fix first.

Of the companies we've analyzed on multiple platforms, two out of three show a gap of a full star or more between their best-rated and worst-rated platform. Their buyers see that gap. Most of the vendors don't.

Our solution
Turn Noise Into Direction
One search gathers a company's public reviews from G2, Capterra, and Trustpilot and distills them into a compass score from 0 to 100, a plain-language verdict, and the trend behind both. Segment analysis shows which customers advocate for you and which have gone quiet. Competitor scorecards put your numbers next to the vendors your buyers compare you against.
Analytics tools hand you a dashboard and wish you luck. Every ReviewCompass report ends in a plan: product and marketing initiatives ranked by their likely effect on your score, and drafted responses for the reviews that deserve answers. We focus on the fixable (policies, positioning, response strategy) because that's where scores actually move. Built for B2B decision-makers, not data scientists.
Our story
Built by a Founder Who Went Looking
ReviewCompass started with an afternoon of reading. Among the first companies I analyzed, the same shape kept appearing: loved on G2, torched on Trustpilot, and nobody inside the company connecting the two conversations. Vendors were losing deals to policy problems they thought were product problems.
Dozens of companies later, the pattern holds. The product is rarely what drags the score. Unanswered complaints, billing surprises, and positioning that promises the wrong thing do the damage, and all three cost less to fix than a roadmap change.
I'm a first-time founder, and I build ReviewCompass in the open, pairing with AI at every step. Not to replace judgment, but to do in a minute what took me that first afternoon: turn raw reviews into clear direction.

How we work
Three Rules We Don't Break
Clarity over complexity
A score, a verdict, and the reasons why. Never a dashboard you need a training session to read.
Action over analysis
Every insight ends in a decision: what to fix, what to say, what to watch. A report you can't act on is trivia.
Independence over agenda
We're not owned by a review platform and we don't sell placement. The analysis reads all three platforms with the same skeptical eye your buyers use.
